I have to confess: I’m an HR nerd.
But not in the way you might think. My passion isn’t just doing the deep dives, reading the legal updates, or scrolling through hot takes on LinkedIn. My north star is finding the “so what do we do about it?”
As an HR leade, I’ve seen that the theory is easy to come by. It’s the application that’s hard.
